beautiful location but needs bathroom updates

The Ocean Wing suite I booked provided a magnificent private retreat overlooking the sea. I particularly enjoyed the splendid sunset views from the terrace, which were nothing short of breathtaking. The staff, especially Sai and Ton, delivered exceptional service, making me feel truly pampered during my entire stay. The garden view from the common areas was a lovely touch, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere of the resort.

While the views were stunning, the bathroom facilities were showing their age and could definitely use some renovations.

the breakfast was quite underwhelming, i had hoped for a lavish spread, but the egg situation was a disaster. also, i expected an upgrade for my stay due to the inconvenience of ants at the food counters, but alas, nothing. i almost wanted to give a good review, but just couldn’t. disappointment after disappointment.

The hotel's direct beach access was a highlight, along with the breathtaking views from our room. The evening happy hour made our retreat even more special with stunning sunsets.

The hotel's stunning location overlooking Kata Noi Beach was perfect for our family getaway. My daughter loved the three pools, especially the one with the ocean view, making sunbathing truly enjoyable. The restaurant staff was incredibly professional and the Thai food was delicious!

My children wanted more family activities on-site.

Had a fantastic stay in the Ocean Wing! The views were out of this world, especially during sunset. The staff were super friendly and attentive, really made us feel at home. The restaurant served the best Thai food! Just a heads up, the bathroom could use some updates. Overall, loved the vibe and charm of the place.

One downside was the stairs. while the views are amazing, the climb can be quite tedious, especially if you're not very mobile.

The hotel's beautiful tropical grounds were a delight, featuring three serene pools and lush plants which created a peaceful atmosphere. The colonial-style decor added elegance, while the easy access to Kata Noi beach made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

More assistance with stairs would be appreciated.
